Caring for Long Island's Children

Regional attitudes toward children, families, education and community

This survey was commissioned by the Rauch Foundation to focus on issues facing Long Island's children and education systems, with an emphasis on the perceptions of parents.  The findings cite strong area support for public education, early education and learning programs, after-school programs in the area and more family-friendly policies in the region's workplaces.
